At Aritzin, we strive to get your women’s jackets, coats, sweaters, dresses, and accessories to you as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines key details about our delivery process, including where we ship, how long it takes, and associated costs—so you can plan for your order with confidence.
1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we offer shipping to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam). We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working to expand our delivery 范围 in the future. 2. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need time to process, pack, and verify your items to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Standard processing time for most orders is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
- During peak periods—such as seasonal sales, Black Friday, or holiday shopping seasons—processing time may extend to 3–4 business days due to higher order volume. We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid delays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email (with a tracking link) once your package has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We partner with trusted carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your orders. The delivery timeline depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. This method is available for all U.S. addresses and is the default option at checkout.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, you can select Express Shipping at checkout (where available). Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after shipping, and this method requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received safely.
- Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas (such as rural parts of Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories) may take an additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard timeline, due to limited carrier service frequency.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on three factors: your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of your package (determined by the number and type of items you order—e.g., a heavy winter coat will cost more to ship than a lightweight sweater), and the shipping method you select.
- To view the exact shipping cost for your order, add your desired items to the cart, enter your shipping address, and proceed to the checkout page (you do not need to complete payment to see the cost).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you return your order later (unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item—see our Refund Policy for details).
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
To ensure your package arrives on time, please double-check your shipping address at checkout—including street number, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
- Incorrect Addresses: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct details. You will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be canceled, and a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued.
- Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking link shows your package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or building management (carriers may leave packages with a doorman or in a secure drop-off location). If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of the “delivered” status. We will work with the carrier to investigate, but please note: we cannot issue a refund or reship the order until the carrier confirms the package is lost (this process may take 7–10 business days).
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives with visible damage (e.g., torn boxes, crushed packaging), inspect the contents immediately. If the items inside are damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items—we will assist with returns and reshipping (see our Refund Policy for more details).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this link to:
- Check the real-time status of your package (e.g., “in transit,” “out for delivery,” “delivered”).
- View the estimated delivery date.
- Track the package’s location as it moves through the carrier’s network.
If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order (or 5 business days during peak periods), check your spam folder—sometimes these emails are filtered.
